What is a zeda business report ? (zbr)
The zbr is a negative business report sent to us by that business customers. If zeda has the resources we also plan to help those business get back on track. If a business can go two (2) years with no new zbr reports the record will be wiped clean.
Upon receiving the 1st complaint we will email the company and ask them to resolve it. We will do that one more time. On the third report of the same complaint all three reports will be added to the data base. We cannot write the wrong, but we can make sure other people know about it. In extreme circumstances where all out fraud is being done the company will be removed off zeda.org and the proper authority's will be notified.
