recyclable compositesComposites made from Recyclables - experiments

Basically we are rough cutting every thing into small strands. Creating the fibbers for the Composite. The fibbers used will determine the type of composite we want to make. e.g. wood, metal, rubber, fabric or plastic. The biggest problem so far is getting the fibbers to bond tightly with the matrix. we are hoping we can find a type of glue to coat the fibbers before the fibbers and matrix are bonded. This is also the reason for rough cut for more surface exposed.
Another big problem are microscopic bubbles. We are hoping by either sound waves or shaking to solve this problem
100 or 200 generation recyclables will have such tightly woven fibers that we should well past the tensile strength of a spider web.
The whole process of course will be done robotically. There are Schools working on this now trying to bring the cost of composites down to around $3.00 per lb in stead of $60.00 per lb.
Methane Power Plant
Separation of Organic garbage at the consumer level. The Organics are then placed into large rubber composite bags. (gas bags) Which are below ground for safety if one blows up it will not harm anyone. ( we like to deal in absolutes.) The bags can be turned when necessary. Pure Beautiful Methane will be released from the bags to power the power plant and vehicles. Our power plant does not boil water it will be way more efficient then that. ( That is a secret.) This is the 21st century give me a break.
Absolutely All pollution will be captured and processed nothing goes into the Air and nothing goes into the Ground. and yes even the vehicles will have a closed system. We only have one Earth.
