We are going into the lowest-income areas in the World. We will create a boundary around our area and act as though the rest of the World has vanished. Creating a zoned economic development area within this area we will create a Micro-Economy. Teaching everyone to start their own Business. The Businesses missing and needed in our area will be posted. We do not want One dollar to leave our area! We just keep passing that dollar around and around and around.............................!
